My names Alyson Ray and I have a passion for helping individuals, in particular, those more vulnerable in society whether it be impairments, disabilities, mental health to gain independence and skills in the kitchen using Thermomix.
Living with physical disabilities and mental health concerns as well as being a carer, being able to help others fills my bucket and brings me joy.
I help teach skills using the Thermomix online in virtual cooking classes or in person.
Seeing the joy of an individual being able to make food and snacks for yourself and your family is heartwarming.
