Place water and sugar in mixing bowl add yeast, heat 2 minutes, 37c, speed 1.
Add flour, salt, oil and spices, 6 seconds speed 7.
Add your sultanas and kneed 2 minutes, dough function.
Preheat oven to 180c.
Prepare loaf tin by lining with parchment paper. oil a seperate bowl, place your dough in bowl covered, leave to rise in a warm place until double
in size about 30 minutes.
Tip out dough onto baking mat punch down and form into a log shape to place in your prepared tin.
Leave to rise until double
in size, just before top of loaf tin. Place in your oven for 30 Minutes 180c or until hollow when tapped on the bottom. Leave to cool for at least 30 minutes.
