Jolanta is passionate about healthy eating, healthy living, wholefood plant based food, raw food, and the Thermomix. She is a strong advocate of food as medicine. Over the last decade, Jolanta has developed her skills and her knowledge as a raw food coach, completing numerous raw food courses, as well as extensive experimenting in her kitchen.
Jolanta has been using a Thermomix since 2010, and has been creating raw food recipes since then. She loves that the Thermomix makes the task of creating amazing wholefood plant based dishes and raw food dishes quick, easy, reproducible and fun! She delights in her food being both healthy and delicious.
Jolanta joined up as a Thermomix consultant in 2012, so she could share this passion for both Thermomix and healthy eating with others.
She has been teaching raw food classes for a number of years, including specialty classes such as chocolate making and food dehydrating. Her FB page and Instagram pages are called Mixing in the Raw.
She has recently released a recipe book Mixing in the Raw – The Recipes, with 30 of her favourite raw recipes using Thermo method. This is available as an ebook (worldwide) or hard copy (Australia only). See her fb page for more details.
Jolanta is also passionate about personal development and has participated in seminars by speakers such as Tony Robbins, Harv Eker, David Wolfe, Caroline Myss.
