Hemp Turmeric Nut Bread

Paleo, Gluten Free, Grain Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free.

  1. Add almond meal, tapioca flour, hemp seed, linseed, cashews, walnuts, chia seeds, turmeric, baking powder, salt 4sec speed 4
  2. Add lemon juice, coconut oil, water. 11 sec reverse speed 3
  3. Place in a lined 1 litre loaf tin and set aside on bench for one hour covered.
  4. Heat oven to 180c Bake 60 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
  5. Remove from pan immediately and cool on a wire rack. Store in pantry in a bread bag or fridge for longer shelf life.

    This is an amazing loaf. I did some substitution tho cause i didnt have everything in the pantry at the time.
    I subbed macadamia for walnuts. Mandy suggested sunflower for hemp…..but i had run out of those as well. So i used sesame seed.
    The biggest thing you will find………..restraining yourself from eating the whole thing…..esp straight out of the oven.
    Its awesome. Off to restock the pantry to make again
