Delicious spiced apple muffins the whole family will love.

  1. Place your flaxemeal and water in a bowl stir and set aside.
  2. Add apples to the thermomix mixing bowl chop 5 sec speed 5. Scrap down sides of mixing bowl. Remove half the apple mixture and set aside.
  3. Add to your mixing bowl Dairy free butter, Almond milk, Oats, Flour, Baking powder, Mixed spice, Cinnamon, Baking soda, Salt, Brown sugar, Flaxseed mixture. 20 sec reverse speed 3
  4. Scrap down sides of mixing bowl. 20 sec reverse speed 3.
  5. Add set aside apple, sultanas, Incorporate with spatula.
  6. Line 12 hole muffin tin with cases. Fill each case just over half way. Recipe makes 18 muffins. Bake 180c 20 minutes or until skewer comes out clean when pricked in centre of muffin. Repeat with remainder of mixture. Cool muffins on wire rack, then store in a sealed container for up to four days.
