A perfect sandwich bread soft and delicious!

  1. In a bowl put : 1/2 Cup warm water 2 1/4 Cup instant dry yeast Leave to proof
  2. Add to your thermomix wet ingredients. 3 Eggs 3 Tablespoons brown sugar 1 Tablespoon honey 2 Cups soy milk 1 Teaspoons apple cider vinager 1/4 Cup melted coconut oil 1 minute speed 3
  3. Dry ingredients important as creates the flavour profile don’t substitute flours. Add dry ingredients on top of wet !
  4. Add yeast mixture
  5. Thermomix dough function 3 minutes
  6. Place your dough into bread tin lined with baking paper leave to rise until almost doubled in size 1- hour or more in warm spot
  7. Bake in oven at 130C for 60 minutes
  8. Check and place foil over loaf if needed to prevent too dark of a crust.
  9. Continue baking until cooked about another 30 minutes Enjoy
