Mixing With Mandy Vegan Buckwheat Porridge

A delicious nutrient dense breakfast filled with fruit nuts and seeds.

Plan ahead the night before as the buckwheat groats need soaking overnight.

  1. Soak buckwheat groats over night in water , in the morning drain and rinse well place in mixing bowl along with almond milk and water.
  2. Add all other ingredients to the mixing bowl stir with aid of a spatula to combine.
  3. Remove MC place lid on mixing bowl. 30 minutes 90c reverse speed 1
  4. Stir with aid of spatula put lid back on still with MC off 15 minutes 90c reverse speed 1
  5. Stir with aid of spatula continue another 15 minutes 90c reverse speed 1 or till your desired consistency.
  6. Let stand with lid off for five minutes, serve with seasonal fruit, coconut yoghurt, nutbutter, additional nuts and seeds.
